Dear Colleagues and Friends,

On Saturday June 9, 2007, my daughter Chelsea and I will be hosting an all day badminton tournament at Braddock High School to benefit the education and research of colon cancer. My father is currently battling advanced and metastasized colon cancer in North Carolina, and in an effort to spread awareness and financially support medical efforts to beat this disease, we are "playing for a cause". We are asking for your support of our efforts by either participating in a fun event for a great cause, or by possibly sponsoring someone who would like to play! The entrance fee for the day is $25.00 and includes tournament play all day, a tournament t-shirt, and players insurance for the day. Of course, any and all donations are greatly appreciated. ALL proceeds from the days events will be sent directly to The Colon Cancer Alliance. Attached, you will find a flyer and a registration form with the tournament information.
