Subject: Don Ross
MBA Board of Director's,
We were looking forward to playing badminton tomorrow night again with Don Ross, but that won't be happening again.
We just received a call from a mutual friend of Don's that he passed away in what appears to be a peaceful manner while in his bed late last week.
At this time we are waiting for more news.
Some of you know he has been fighting cancer with chemo treatments. He was just past the half-way point in this treatment and the cancer had actually been shrinking. He has been playing badminton, tennis and running again, as well as enjoying his food and brew.
We know that he was supposed to be getting a new mix with the chemo chemicals this past week.
When he wasn't answering calls another friend went with the police to open Don's door and the police found him in his bed. Don was such a caring individual to everyone. We will miss him greatly.
We will update you when we get more information.
